This Class can be done in 1 -5 hour day OR 4 -2 hours evening classes over the course of a month; you decided based on your personal preferences and needs. ​ Class Curriculum will focus on healing one's self. What is Reiki? How to use Reiki. Anatomy of a Healing journey. Chakras 101. Hand Positions for giving a self-guided treatment and Hand Positions for a Reiki treatment to someone else.
